Community and Customer Support Owner:
You’ll own communication with all of our current and future customers. You’ll communicate with them via email, phone, or social media, fielding questions ranging from setup problems to general information, answering where possible and asking for help on the questions you can’t answer. You’ll keep track of these inquiries over time and we’ll use that information and your input to help guide product decisions. You’ll also keep our social media pages up to date and address questions or comments.
As we grow, we would love to make you the leader an entire customer support team, using your early experience to help train and manage new hires. We're a start-up, so you'll have a lot of autonomy, but wear many hats.
We're open to in-office, fully remote, or anywhere in between - though we'd prefer someone relatively local who could occasionally come in to our office in downtown Birmingham for meetings and strategy sessions without having to travel overnight.
Super Bonus: Someone with good photography skills who can help grow our content library and manage our influencer campaigns.
We’ll be growing this position from 10 +/- hours per week right now to 30-40 hours per week, depending on our growth and your desire to grow. We’re offering $15-$25/hour depending on qualifications & fit.
We're seeking a talented and flexible Electronics Technician to join our team. This is a part time hourly position with pay commiserate to experience. Must be available a minimum of 15 hours per week. Work hours are flexible. This is an in-office position.
